Navagis’ last-mile solutions mitigate delivery challenges for drivers, companies, and users—Navagis utilizes world-class technology to incorporate automatic routing and dynamic rerouting, offering drivers the tools, resources, and support needed to reach their destination, regardless of external factors and delays; with real-time status updates, customers can gain complete insights into the delivery process; and companies can gather and analyze location data to generate accurate insights, identify gaps, and reduce delivery costs.
Moreover, Navagis’ solutions open communication channels between drivers and customers, making it easy for dispatch operators to simultaneously track vehicle status, connect with drivers to resolve existing and potential challenges, and offer customers transparency into the shipping process. Additionally, Navagis improves delivery times with its intelligent routing engine that identifies the best route, reduces fuel costs, and enhances the customer experience after factoring in en-route traffic and emergencies; adaptable route planning and scheduling allows companies to assign tasks based on customer demands and product availability, ensuring couriers prioritize the most critical operations while moving from one task to the next.

Based in San Francisco, California, Navagis extends its services and solutions to organizations worldwide. One of its clients was a Philippines-located electronics company that provides electric light and power and electric street railway systems for Manila. The company required Navagis’ assistance when a tropical storm hit the Northern Philippines, flooding Manila’s roads and homes and leading to the cancellation of flights, schools, offices, and businesses.
Using the Navagis-designed Trouble Order Management (TOM) system, the client leveraged an enhanced mobile mapping and outage solution that implemented the Google Enterprise Geo Platform to gain the region’s extensive coverage and navigate the storm. Combined with the company’s existing system, the TOM system provided controlled and streamlined access to critical data.
Furthermore, the Navagis dispatch application allowed stakeholders in the control center to monitor the field crews in real time, allocate resources and tasks to active crews, and enable data visualization based on the data crews gathered in the fields. The Navagis software also allowed field crews to maintain seamless communication to retrieve ad hoc data, fill out customizable forms, and receive work orders and route directions.
As a result of Navagis’ solutions, the client could respond to the outages—which tripled in volume during the storm—while ensuring consistent outage time that had been lowered by 50% due to the TOM system. Additionally, the workflow of every outage member was streamlined, allowing them to receive dispatch data and collect field data to route and transmit site data without any interruption. Another notable result was Navagis’ Mobile Outage Solution, which reduced standard outage resolution time by half, cut hazardous outage resolution time by 24%, augmented the existing outage management system, and provided real-time monitoring of crews on the map.
